Processing/Fulfilment time

For In Stock orders, we will fulfill and ship out your product by the weekend. We will not ship during public holidays. 

For Raffle/Group Buy items, we will do our best to fulfill them ASAP when they arrive. Depending on the amount, we might ship these in batches. Updates will be posted when we can.

Shipping Rates and Duties

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times for different countries will be available at checkout.
Customs Taxes and Duties will be borne by the buyer. Do consult us if you have any questions.

Damages

Hex Keyboards are not responsible for items damaged in transit. We will do our best to QC our products, and ensure they are packed well with sufficient protection. Should your product arrive damaged, do contact your courier for claims. Always keep the original packaging for filing claims.
